Refund Policy

We refund with 10 days advanced notice, less a $10 or 4% admin fee(whichever is greater).  We do not refund if guest is asked to leave due to not adhering to policy and park rules. Extended Stay (monthly) Sites: We will refund with 30 days advanced notice less the deposit of $100.  If we are able to fill the vacancy, we refund the full amount. Seasonal Sites: If you should decide to leave us before the end of the season, we will be sad to see you go! Please provide 30 day minimum advanced notice to allow us time to fill the vacancy caused by the cancelation. Your Seasonal Site will convert to an Extended Stay(monthly) site at the Monthly  fee of $800/mo. per the number of months your Unit occupied the site and a winter storage fee of $400. Your Seasonal Site payment and deposit will be refunded less the monthly and storage fee. This also applies if you were asked to leave due to non-compliance with campground rules and regulations. NOTE: If a decision to cancel occurs before the season starts, after you've already committed in November, you will be refunded less the $500 deposit, $400 storage fee and a monthly fee through May 31st to allow us the ability to fill the vacancy caused by your cancelation. If we are able to fill the vacancy at the start of the season, you will be refunded in full, less the winter storage fee.
