Wanna Bee Campground & RV Park Liability Waiver

Guests and visitors shall hereby indemnify and hold harmless Wanna Bee in the Dells LLC, it’s operators and independent contractors against any and all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss arising from use of the premises regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss. Guests expressly recognize that any insurance for property does not cover the personal property of guests, and that guests should provide their own insurance if such coverage is required. Property is used at guests own risk.

Guests acknowledge that the use of amenities at Wanna Bee in the Dells LLC may be potentially dangerous and involve potential risks if improperly used. This is a family business… and unknown hazards may exist. These hazards include however, but are not limited to: Wet stairs/playground, decks, swimming pool, interaction with wild animals, bug bites, bee stings, and potential irritants commonly associated with our area.

Wanna Bee in the Dells LLC is provided in “as is “ condition, and will use our best efforts to ensure the operation of all amenities on the property and shall not be held responsible for such items failure to work, but will make every effort to correct any issues as reported as quickly as possible.

Attorney’s Fees; Governing Law

In case a suit should be brought for recovery of any sum due hereunder, or because of any act which may arise out of the possession of the premises, by either party, the substantially prevailing party shall be entitled to all costs incurred in connection with such action, including a reasonable attorney’s fee and court costs. All parties agree that any civil action or legal proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be brought in the courts of record in the State of Wisconsin, in Sauk County.
