Refund Policy

WE REFUND WITH 8 DAYS ADVANCED NOTICE, LESS A $10 OR 4% ADMIN FEE, WHICHEVER IS HIGHER. IF CANCELLATION NOTIFICATION IS LESS THAN 8 DAYS, WE DO NOT REFUND.

  WE DO NOT REFUND IF A GUEST IS ASKED TO LEAVE DUE TO NOT ADHERING TO PARK RULES. 

  SHOULD YOU DECIDE TO LEAVE US BEFORE THE END OF THE SEASON, WE are sorry but NO Refunds will be given.  You will lose your site rental as we now have to try and fill the site for the rest of the season. 

No refunds on holiday weekends!
