Cancellation Policy

*We have the right to change sites due to size of the rig, or site length.

*Cancellations are required 14 days before arrival date for a refund minus a service charge of $15.00. Cancellations inside of 14 days forfeit 100% of the deposit.  Any stay 30 days or longer requires a 1 month notice for deposit refund minus a $15.00 service charge.  Cancellations inside of 30 days forfeit 100% of the deposit.  **RATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE**
