Terms of Service

Lakewood RV Resort reserves the right to turn away any guest who had not reached 55 years old by their arrival date.

*Rates are for 2 adults.  A fee of $5.00 per night per extra person will be charged.

*RV guests up to a maximum of two will have free access to our heated pool during pool hours.  Any guests will be charged $5.00 per person per day for use of the pool.

*$15.00 fee will be charged if you wish to wash your rig on site.  Mobile Detailers who bring their water can be used.

*Discounts for the first six nights for Good Sam and Veterans members.  Longer stays already are discounted.

*We have the right to change sites due to size of the rig, or site length.

*You will receive a Pre-Arrival Email 2 days prior to your arrival.  Please read this email and it will contain directions, specifically as you get closer to the resort.  Thank you.

*Cancellations are required 14 days before arrival date for a refund minus a service charge of $15.00. Cancellations inside of 14 days forfeit 100% of the deposit.  Any stay 30 days or longer requires a 1 month notice for deposit refund minus a $15.00 service charge. Cancellations inside of 30 days forfeit 100% of the deposit.**RATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE**

NO REFUNDS for Early Departure, Inclement Weather, Holidays or Special Events.
