Refund Policy

All reservations are subject to cancellation fees. Please see the cancellation policy for more details.

Refund for Retail Item

Retail items purchased in our convenience store can be returned within 30 days provided that the package was not opened and/or the item was not used in any way.  Acceptable returns are subject to a $5 restocking fee.

Refund of Security Deposit

Security deposits will be refunded within 21 business days after deducting expenses for any damages or lost items incurred during the reservation period.
