Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations and refunds requests must be emailed to BanningRVPark@gmail.com and the request must be sent from the email used for the reservation. This is for your protection so someone else can't cancel your reservation. You can avoid cancelation charges by moving your resrvation to a new date which fits you better.
There are no refunds for weather concerns.
If you are unable to honor your reservation, cancel before these deadlines in order to receive any refund:
*Campsites: Notify us at least four days prior to your arrival date. Except on Memorial Day weeked, the week which includes July 4th and Labor Day weekend which must have at least a one week cancellation notice to receive an refund. Cancellations after the deadline will result in forfeiture of the first night's fees. Cancellations made closer than 48 hours to the first date of your reservation will forfeit the entire amount paid. You may find someone to transfer your reservation to to avoid forfeiting your amounts paid.
*Cabins and Monthly RV sites: Notify us at least two weeks prior to your arrival date.
A $10.00 cancellation fee is charged for cancellations made prior to the deadline. Cancellations after the deadline will incur additional fees listed above.
You may find someone to transfer your reservation to to avoid forfeiting your amounts paid. If you do this, you are responsible for figuring out how you will get paid by the person you transferred or sold your reservation to.
