Cancellation Policy

Cancellation fees:

• Cancellation fees for daily/weekly guests:
  • Payment is due in full at the time of reservation. A cancellation fee of 20% will be incurred if cancelled 48 hours before check in date. No refunds if cancelled within 48 hours of check in date.
• Cancellation fees for monthly guests:
  • Payment of the first month is due at the time of reservation. A cancellation fee of 20% will be incurred if cancelled 48 hours before check in date. No refunds if cancelled within 48 hours of check in date.
