Black Bear RV Park Rules, Terms and Conditions

ALL GUESTS & VISITORS MUST REGISTER AT THE OFFICE.  
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE.
QUIET TIME: 10:00 p.m. - 8:00 a.m. Please be considerate of others.
NO LOUD MUSIC AT ANY TIME.
MAXIMUM SPEED LIMIT IS 5 mph!!  Watch closely for children playing in the park.
CHECK-IN TIME: 2:00 p.m. CHECK-OUT TIME: 11:00 a.m.

CHILDREN: We want children to be safe & have a good time, but always under the watchful eyes of a parent/guardian. We are not responsible for their safety or welfare. You are liable for their behavior. Children are not allowed to loiter in or outside the restrooms, office, or laundry room. They are not allowed to climb the trees. They are not allowed to chase the rabbits.

RESTROOMS: Do not wash dishes in the restrooms. Please limit showers to 10 minutes. No smoking or vaping. No pets, food, or drink. Septic systems are fragile, please do not flush anything but TP. Items left behind may be discarded.

LAUNDRY ROOM: Hours of operation are 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. NO heavy blankets, greasy clothes, dog blankets, rugs, or sandy clothes/towels. Do not begin a new washer load after 8 p.m.

PETS: Please maintain control of your pets. Owners of barking dogs may be asked to leave the park with no refund. Maximum of 2 pets allowed per site. Pets must be on leash and owners MUST clean up after their pets. Do not leave pets unattended outside when you are absent. Absolutely no pets other than service animals are allowed in the office, laundry, or restrooms. The same rules apply for cats and dogs. NO AGGRESSIVE BREED DOGS ARE ALLOWED.

TRASH: Dumpsters located in the park are for personal trash only. All garbage must be bagged & tied, boxes broken down. DO NOT leave trash outside your RV overnight. Place bagged trash in front of site by 8:00 a.m. for morning pick up. Cleanliness of the park is very important to us.

APPEARANCE: Sites are to be kept clean and orderly, as determined by management. Washing vehicles and repair work in the park is prohibited. RVs and vehicles must be clean and properly maintained. No tarps, no visible damage, and no clutter! The grass is important and is for feet only – vehicles, large items, rugs, carpets, turf and other mats will damage the grass and are not allowed. NO TENTS ALLOWED ON RV SITES.

INTERNET: Wireless Internet is a free service for our guests. It is limited and service is not guaranteed. Black Bear RV Park is not responsible for the operation or reliability of this service.

CANCELLATION FEES:

  • Cancellation fees for daily/weekly guests:
    • Payment is due in full at the time of reservation. A cancellation fee of 20% will be incurred if cancelled 48 hours before check in date. No refunds if cancelled within 48 hours of check in date. No refunds after check in for partial days.
  • Cancellation fees for monthly guests:
    • Payment of the first month is due at the time of reservation. A cancellation fee of 20% will be incurred if cancelled 48 hours before check in date. No refunds if cancelled within 48 hours of check in date. No refunds after check in for partial days.

FIREWORKS, OPEN FIREARMS, GENERATORS and OUTSIDE REFRIGERATORS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE PARK.

FIRES: ONLY ALLOWED IN DESIGNATED FIRE RINGS. DO NOT MOVE FIRE RINGS. FIREWOOD IS FOR SALE AT THE STORE. DO NOT BURN TRASH. EXTINGUISH FIRE WHEN UNATTENDED. AT ANY TIME DURING THE HOT, DRY SUMMER SEASON WHEN FIRE DANGER IS HIGH, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO RESTRICT FIRES. THIS IS FOR YOUR SAFETY AND THE SAFETY OF OTHER GUESTS.

PARKING: 2 vehicles only per space if your space is large enough. Please park parallel to your RV out of the main drives. NO PARKING ON THE GRASS. If additional parking is needed, please call the office. Golf carts, UTVs and ATVs must be registered at the office.

CONDUCT: Disorderly conduct, drunkenness, illegal drugs, obscene language, obnoxious, disruptive, or vulgar behavior will not be tolerated. They will be reason for immediate eviction from the park without refund.

DRUGS: Illegal drugs of any form are prohibited on the property of Black Bear RV Park and Campground. Person(s) caught in violation of this rule are subject to immediate eviction without a refund. Person (s) knowing of any illegal activity are encouraged to notify the management immediately. Any information reported will be strictly confidential.

LIABILITY: All park facilities in the park is intended for the convenience of the guests. All persons using the facilities do at THEIR OWN RISK and consent. The park management is NOT RESPONSIBLE for accident due to fire, theft, wind, flood, personal negligence, acts of God or other unfortunate circumstances. The registered guest is financially responsible for all individuals or pets at their site for all damage to the park.

BLACK BEAR RV PARK AND CAMPGROUND IS A PRIVATELY OWED AND MANAGED PARK. MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO EVICT OR REFUSE SERVICE TO ANY PERSON OR PERSONS WHO BREAK OR DISREGARD ANY RULES WITHOUT REFUND. MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MAKE CHANGES TO THE RULES, REGULATIONS AND FEES AT ANY TIME. FOR EVERYONE’S SAFETY, THIS PROPERTY IS UNDER 24 HOUR VIDEO SURVEILLANCE. BE SAFE, BE KIND AND HAVE FUN!
