Cancellation / Refund Policy

 

Daily reservations (Less than 7 days):

To be eligible for a refund you must cancel your reservation by phone or in-person at least 2 calendar days prior to your check-in date.  Cancellations less than 2 calendar days prior to check-in will not be eligible for a refund without park office approval.

 

Weekly reservations (7 days or more):

To be eligible for a full refund of your deposit, you must cancel your reservation by phone or in-person at least 4 calendar days prior to your check-in date.  Cancellations with less than 4 calendar days may be eligible for a 50% refund with approval of park personnel.

 

Monthly reservations (30 days or more):

To be eligible for a full refund of your deposit, you must cancel your reservation by phone or in-person at least 7 calendar days prior to your check-in date.  Cancellations with less than 7 calendar days may be eligible for a 50% refund with approval of park personnel.
