Park Rules

·      Check in time:  1pm

·      Check out time:  11am

·      Quiet time:  10pm – 8am

·      No more than two vehicles per campsite

·      The laundry facility is available 24 hours but must be accessed using your key card.  Please do not leave your laundry unattended as there are other guest who may be waiting to use the machines.

·      All campsites must be kept clean and orderly.  If you need to perform vehicle repairs please see the office attendant so a space can be made available in our special parking area. There are garbage dumpsters available at the end of each row.  Please deposit all trash in the dumpsters so we can avoid unwanted visitors.

·      All visitors are welcome but they must first register at the office so we can direct them to your site. Visitors are expected to abide by the same rules and regulations that all guests follow. Visiting hours are from 8am to 10pm.  Any visitors wishing to stay overnight will incur a $5 guest fee.

Pets

We love animals!  We would be happy to meet your pets and get to know their names in case one gets loose.  Also, we need to have a current vaccination certificate on file at the office.

o   No more than 2 pets per campsite without prior approval from office staff. 

o   Animals cannot be left unattended at any time.

o   Pets must be kept on a leash unless in the pet exercise area 

o   Pet exercise areas are provided for your convenience, but you must clean up after your pet.

Privacy Policy

Circle K RV Park, LLC respects the importance of the privacy of your Personal Information and will never sell, transfer, or otherwise misuse any information that identifies you personally.

If you choose to share any Personal Information with us, you will see that the amount and type of Personal Information required by us depends on the activity you are engaging in. For example, to reserve a space, you must provide contact information (such as your name, address, and telephone number) and financial information (such as your credit card number and expiration date). We use this information to bill you or to fulfill your reservation or other purchases. If we have trouble processing your payment, we will use this information to contact you.

We may disclose information in any of the following circumstances: (1) in response to a subpoena, search warrant, court order, or other legal process or request, or as may otherwise be required by applicable law or regulation; (2) to protect and defend our rights or property or those of its affiliates, dealers, business partners, or others; or (3) as we, in our sole discretion, believe is appropriate under exigent circumstances in response to a perceived threat to the personal safety, property, or rights of any person or organization. Since our database is a business asset, in the event we are to reorganize or sell the business or agree to merge with another company, you consent to the sale, assignment, or transfer of your Personal Information to a purchaser of all or substantially all of our business assets, or to an affiliate, as applicable.
