Cancellation Policy

To ensure prompt service email hello@darkskyrv.com with cancellation or change requests in the subject line. 

Refunds are calculated on the full price of the reservation. Should you incur a harsh last minute cancellation fee, we can offer a no expiration camp credit good for one time use (less $25 cancel fee) for use by yourself or anyone else should you request it.                   

For reservations 1-13 days. 3 days notice or less : no refund.  4-10 days notice : 50% refund. 11 or more days notice : full refund less $25 cancellation fee.

For reservations 14-29 days. 13 days notice or less : no refund. 14 -21 days notice : 50% refund. 22 or more days notice:  full refund less $50 cancellation fee.  

Reservations 30 days or more. Less than 30 day notice : no refund. 31 or more days notice:  full refund less $100 cancellation fee. Balances are auto-collected 5 days prior to check-in. 

CHANGES: We allow for 2 complimentary RESERVATION changes, subsequent adjustments are $5 each and all are subject to any cancellation policy fees.   

LOSS OF DAYS: Should you need to arrive later than or leave before your stated departure, we can offer a no expiration camp credit good for one time use (less $10 processing fee) for use by yourself or anyone else, should you request it.
