Cancellation Policy

We allow for 2 complimentaray RESERVATION CHANGES, subsequent changes are $5. Changes are subject to cancellation policy fees.    To ensure prompt service email hello@darkskyrv.com with cancellation and change requests in the subject line.                                            

For reservations 7 days or less. Within 24 hour of check-in : no refund.  1- 7  days notice : 50% refund. 8 or more days notice : full refund less $25 cancellation fee.

For reservations 8 - 29 days. Less than 8 days notice :  no refund. Between 8 and 14 days notice : 50% refund. 15 or more days notice:  full refund less $50 cancellation fee.  

Reservations 30 days or more. Less than 31 day notice : no refund. 31 or more days notice:  full refund less $100 cancellation fee. 

Refunds are calculated on the full price of the reservation. We don't give credit or refunds if you arrive days late or leave days early.
