Refund Policy

Reservation and Cancellation Policy:  At the time of reservation we require full payment for one night stays, otherwise a 50% deposit. Balance is due at check-in. A reservation must be canceled at least 30 days prior to the scheduled day of arrival for any refund, except in July where there are NO refunds.  All cancelations will be charged a 20% handling fee. If a cancellation is made within 30 days of arrival there are NO refunds. Reservations will not be credited for late arrival or early departure.  Please see Cancellation Policy.
