RV Resort Cancellation Guideline:
Fiddlestix RV & Golf Resort have no refunds for cancelled reservations that fall on weekends, Holidays, or special events.
Reservation Cancellation Guidelines Guarantee RV Site:
To guarantee your RV site a deposit of 50% of the reservation total or at least one night will be charged to your account. That must be paid at the time of your reservation. Site will not be held without payment. You’ll receive a confirmation email from our Resort once you have completed your reservation and payment has been processed. Seasonal RV Guests reserving a site must pay $1,100 down payment at the time of reservation.
If you need to cancel your reservation, please call 320-676-3636 before the deadline stated below to receive your deposit refund. Contacting Fiddlestix RV & Golf Resort by text or email notifying of cancellation are not accepted.
Seasonal RV Site: 60-day notice is required
Transient RV Site: 30-day notice is required. There will be a one-day cancellation fee if reservation is more than 30 days out. If less than 30 days prior to reservation, no refund given for cancelled reservation.
Weekend, Holiday, Special Event: No refund provided.
Reservation where no one shows, will forfeit their deposit, no refund given.
You have 24 hours from the confirmation of your reservation to cancel with no penalty.
