Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Rules:
15+ days prior to reservation check-in minus $15 cancellation fee and $10 reservation fee.
14-9 days prior to reservation check-in 50% is forfeited of the total amount due and the $10 reservation fee.
8 days or less no refunds will be provided.

All reservation cancellations are based on the total reservation amount.

Reservations that have been modified to change the arrival/departure date greater than 5 days from original start date will be automatically subject to no refunds provided.

Cancelations based on situational emergencies: Under all circumstances the guidelines above dictate what can be refunded regardless of the situation however we will try to accommodate when possible.
