Fee's
A part of the reservation system a one-time fee of $10.00 is collected at time of reservation and is non-refundable.
Early/Late Check-in reminder:
Standard in check-in time is 3 PM. The early check-in addon is 12PM. If you did not select the early check-in fee on your reservation and would like to arrive early please call us. If you will be arriving after 5pm we will place your reservation and map in our after hours check-in mailbox next to the office door. If you have any question please ring the office door bell for assistance.
Check Out:
Checkout occurs no later than 11AM unless otherwise agree to by the campground staff. The campground reserves the right to charge a $25-$50 fee after checkout if the site was not left in the same condition as the person checked in (excessive trash, cigarette butts on ground, pet waste and so forth).
Payment:
For non-seasonal guests, all outstanding payments are due at check-in and will be charged to the credit card on file at the time of check-in. For seasonal guests, all payments are due based on the annual seasonal agreement payment schedule. Monthly guests stays are subject to electrical rates charge usage calculated on the check out day and processed on the card on file. Any reservations that the campground agree to modify to a later date will incur a $10 surcharge.
Site Assignment:
While few private campsites offer the ability for a customer to select their campsite, we are pleased to support the customer decision of site choice. While it’s a very uncommon practice, a reassignment will occur to support any site maintenance activities. The Finger Lakes Campground reserves the right to reassign sites. If a reassignment occurs a site that matches the original site will be chosen. The Finger Lakes staff will try to contact the point of contact on the reservation by email or phone and offer alternative site choices if times allows.
Emergencies:
If for unforeseen circumstances the campground closes due to an emergency or disaster, the campground will make every effort to notify you. In these cases, all fees will be refunded as soon as possible.
Inclement Weather:
In cases of inclement weather, the campground remains open, but you choose to leave after check-in, no refunds will be issued.
Fires:
Recreational Fires must be contained in a fire pit, ring, or fireplace that is no more than 3 feet round and 2 feet high. Fire rings may not be moved without permission of Campground otherwise a $50 fee will be added to the reservation to repair the site. Fires cannot be directly next to a camper or under an awning or shelter. The Finger Lakes Campground staff will be periodically patrolling the camping areas and have the authority to make campers extinguish a fire if is too big or unsafe.
Assigned Site Guidelines:
All motorized vehicles should be parked either pulled-in or backed-in, centered on the designated camping site number. All vehicles and equipment must fit within the assigned RV site and not impose upon neighboring sites or fire lanes. Golf carts are allowed within the park speed limits and must be operated by an adult. You must not encroach on the assigned site of another guest with your RV, slide-outs, pop-ups, awnings, grills or furniture. You may not extend beyond the site allotted in any direction. Any vehicle causing a disturbance to neighboring sites may be relocated or removed from the property by the campground staff without reimbursement. The campground is not responsabile for lost or stolen personal items on your site or left within the campground property. Your site must be quiet enough not to disturb your closest neighbor from 10:30 PM to 8:30am. Persons to whom permits are issued, bearers and their guests are expected to be familiar with and abide by these RV Terms and Conditions.
Use Of Golf Carts & Trails:
We are please to provide miles of golf cart and hiking trails. Please keep on all trails at all times. Any and all use of golf carts on the property must: 1) Be operated by an State licensed adult or a youth at 14 years or higher with an adult present on the vehicle, 2) The number of passengers must not exceed the number of seats or weight limit for the vehicle (golf cart), 3) UTV class and off road vehicles are prohibited from use. All golf carts must adhere to the same speed limits in the park as other vehicles. Golf carts must yeild the right of way to passing vehicles (move over to the grass when applicable). Any deemed irrisponable use of golf carts by ownership or staff may result in lost driving privlidges on the property and possibly forfit of site based on the campground decision.
Use of our Swimming Facilities
The Swimming Facilities at The Finger Lakes Campground are not supervised by a lifeguard or other responsible person.
In place of on-site supervision, this facility has established a series of safeguards to be followed by all guests. We are required to notify you of these rules, to ensure that water rescue equipment is at the pool or beachside and that the swimming area is maintained in a sanitary manner. In the interest of your safety and that of your guests, we require you to follow these rules.
Please read the safety rules located at the pool entrance and outlined here. If you have any questions, we will be happy to discuss them with you.
NEVER SWIM ALONE. A minimum of two adults 18 years of age or older, must be present whenever this swimming facility is in use, with at least one adult on the pool deck or beachfront.
IS NO SUBSTITUTE FOR ADEQUATE SUPERVISION. Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied to the bathing facility by a parent or guardian, or similar adult responsible for their safety and behavior.
IN AN EMERGENCY, NOTIFY THE FACILITY OPERATOR AND CONTACT HELP IMMEDIATELY. A free telephone is provided at this facility. Telephone numbers for the nearest emergency medical service are posted located on the wall in the pavilion facing the pool.
Only use this facility during posted hours of operation and swim only in the designated bathing area.
Don’t drink alcohol and swim.
No pets in the Pool area
Injuries can be prevented and safety is everyone’s responsibility. If you notice any problems with the water quality or the absence of safety equipment, please notify us at once.
By agreeing to and signing the terms and conditions either electronically or on paper you and all the parties within your group concur that you have read and understand the bathing safety rules at this facility. No guest may use the pool without signing the terms and conditions.
I understand there will be no lifeguard on duty at this facility. I will abide by the rules listed in this brochure. Have a safe and enjoyable stay.

Pets:
We happily accept pets at all sites at the campground as we have pets of our own. We require each owner to carry the pet’s vaccination card with up to date shot records. All pets must be leashed at all times. Owners are required to pick up after their pets and dispose of the waste properly. Violations of this policy will incur a $25 fee per instance as a courtesy of someone else having to clean it up for you. Excessive barking will not be tolerated as it burdens the other guests. Pets are not allowed in the restroom/shower facilities.
Smoking/Vaping Policy:
Smoking of any type is permitted at the individuals campsite however not permitted within 25' of the entrance of any facility, or any posted sign where smoking is prohibited on campground property. Violation of this policy may result in up to a $250 charge for cleaning fees. Any guest that violates this policy may have their site revoked.
Seasonal Guest Policies:
For Seasonal Guests: This constitutes the license between Finger Lakes Campground (herein referred to as Cg) and the party agreeing to these terms and agreements (herein referred to, as Seasonal Guest), relating to the use of a campsite at the above named location. The purpose of the license is to provide a site for the Seasonal's Camper. Now therefore it is agreed as follows:
This license is for campers described as the duration of your reservation for the signed terms and agreement accepted year which makes Cg agree to license the site on the reservation for camping during the season of the agreed to reservation provided (Opening day is the Friday before Mother's day and The Sunday after Columbus day). The Cg shall provide water, sewer hook up (for those sites applicable), metered electric service, public restrooms, common grounds, road maintenance, garbage dumpster, monitored access and general supervision. Continued use of site for the next ensuing season must be obtained by entering into renewed license annually.
Each site rented under seasonal contract license is allowed up to 6 people and either 1 RV of any style (Class A, B, C, 5th wheel, bumper pull conventional, popup, or truck) with shed and short term tent, short term tents may be left erected for up to 7 days. Sites will not be allowed multiple RV’s on a single guest contract license under any situation. Each site is allowed two vehicles on the site that do not exceed into the road ways. Additional vehicles and or boats/trailers will be parked in authorized parking areas.
The Cg shall maintain the pool hours as described at the pool or may adjust the hours due to an event at the discretion of the Cg. The speed limits for any motorized vehicle in the campground is 5 MPH with the only exception of public service emergency vehicles. Quiet hours for the park for the 2021 season and after will be 1030PM to 8AM. Quiet hours may be changed without notice by the Cg upon Cg discretion. During quiet hours the seasonal guest will maintain a noise level that cannot be noticed by the next site to the seasonal guest or any nearby site. Failure to comply with quiet hours and posted speed limits will nullify the seasonal guests contract and the seasonal guest may be removed from the campground without refund.
Payments and Balances: Payment for seasonal sites for the next calendar year will be made by 10/1 of the current calendar year and/or down payment of a specified amount will be made by Oct 1 of the current calendar year followed by 8 monthly installments (from Nov to Jun) postmarked by the 15th of each month. If postmarked after the 15th a late fee of $25 will be assessed per occurance. Seasonal ballances due after the final payment day may incur an additional monthly charge of 10% of the remaining seasonal ballance due . Seasonal guests with balances due after June 15th of the camping year will be asked to leave at the Cg’s determination. By seasonal guest contract renewal the seasonal guest must have a zero balance due not including any additional electrical charges within the seasonal renewal timeframe. By agreeing to the terms and conditions the seasonal guest agrees and understands no refunds will be given.

If you default more than two (2) times, you will not be allowed on premises and the seasonal guest contract is nullified, Cg has the right to remove campers to a storage area and all reasonable moving and storage fees incurred will be due to Cg in addition to any other amounts owed. After 90 days Cg may sell, claim ownership, or otherwise dispose of the camper to satisfy all past due amounts without further notification, unless agreement in writing, satisfactory to Cg is procured pursuant to law. Seasonal fees paid by Seasonal guests are not transferable to new owners as well as seasonal guests selling campers does not guarantee the site is available to the new owners of the camper until the Cg has agreed to enter into a seasonal contract with them.
Seasonal Guest Site upkeep: Any change in camper or site requires approval of Cg owners. Failure to obtain permission may terminate this license at Cg’s discretion. Seasonal Campers must be within 20 years of age, unless previously approved by current Cg owners. Cg may terminate this license for any just cause, act or omission by the seasonal guest stated in this license or for any violation of Law of Cg policy in effect and No refunds will be given.
Seasonal guests acknowledge that this license is subject to terms and conditions of Cg. A copy of policies is incorporated with this license in the terms and conditions of the Cg. This license certifies that the Seasonal has inspected the site and that premises are safe/fit for use. Seasonal guests are responsible for their own actions of negligence or damage caused by any entity, person, or nature. Seasonal guests further acknowledge that Cg is not an insurer and is not responsible for Seasonal's possessions. Seasonal is responsible for keeping the site clean and debris free with no items stored under or around decks, campers, or outside sheds not visible to the general public. All decks must be maintained and in good condition. Upon ending license and leaving the site; site will be in the same or better condition than it was prior to occupancy. All decks must be in 8x10 foot sections with no roof and must be approved by Cg before any modification begins. Seasonals are allowed one shed per site and must be placed 10' from campers (NYS Dept. of Health) not to exceed the seasonal site. All colors of sheds and decks if not stained clear must be in accordance with the approved colors of the Cg theme.
You as the seasonal guest are responsible for keeping the lawn cut, failure to do so may result in charges for mowing ($25 per cut). If Cg cuts the lawn all cables, wires, hoses, cords or other items that are not visible during moving, Cg is not responsible for repair or replacement of such.
Agreement: The person(s) agreeing to the terms and conditions of this seasonal license by either written or electronically are responsible for acts of all members of their party, including visitors. This license is revocable by Owners, without refund, for any violations, and such person(s) and their parties(visitors) may be evicted by any force necessary and upon revocation, the person(s) signing this for lost, stolen or damaged property, or for injury to any person(s).
Violation of terms and conditions:
Any violation of the terms and conditions may result in eviction in accordance with NYS Law Chapter 50 Article 7 Section 233-B*2 Campgrounds
