Cancellation Policy

For stays less than a month:

Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund minus the $10.00 cancellations fee.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before stay will receive no refund.

For Extended stay reservations (longer than a month): 

Cancellations made more than 30 days in advance will receive their $100.00 deposit back.  

Cancellations made less than 30 days will receive no deposit.
