Refund Policy

Tent Site Rentals- Cancellations 6 days or more from scheduled arrival will be refunded less a $35.00   

     cancellation fee. Cancellations within 5 days of scheduled arrival will not receive a refund.

RV Site Rentals- Cancellations 15 days or more from scheduled arrival will be refunded less a $35 cancellation  

     fee. Cancellations within 14 days of scheduled arrival will not receive a refund.  

Cabin Rentals- Cancellations 31 days or more from scheduled arrival will be refunded less a $50 cancellation fee.

     Cancellations within 30 days of scheduled arrival will not receive a refund.

Holiday Reservations:

• Cabins/RV/Tent site: A minimum 3-day reservation and deposit is due in order to book during Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day time frames. The reservation must encompass the holiday itself.

Month-to-Month $100 Deposit Refund Policy:

We do not provide refunds against any monthly deposit due to cancellation, change of site rental terms, or date change.                                          Please be firm with dates and plans prior to placing your month-to-month booking.
