Cancellation Policy

We do not give credit or refunds due to the discomforts of nature. The fun continues rain or shine. Our cancellation policy varies depending on the timing of your cancellation notice in advance of the reservation date.

For all sites:

Our nightly cancellation policy varies depending on the timing of your cancellation notice in advance of the reservation date. We have a 7 day cancelation policy.  If you cancel at any time after you make your reservation, until 7 FULL days  before your arrival date, we charge a $30 cancellation fee. Failure to cancel 7 full days prior to your stated arrival will result in a canelation fee of a ONE NIGHTS STAY. If you fail to cancel your reservation and do not arrive within 24 hours of your reservation date, you will be considered a NO SHOW (see below). 

Monthly reservations require a non-refundable site hold fee (25% of the monthly rate at that time), you will forfeit the site hold in it's entirety if you cancel the monthly reservation or are a NO SHOW. 

NO SHOWS: A no-show customer is one who does not arrive at our campground on their scheduled check-in day within 24 hours. We will hold a campsite until check-out time on the day following the arrival date, if you do not show by that time then you forefeit your reservation entirely.
