Refund Policy

We do not give credit or refunds due to the discomforts of nature. The fun continues rain or shine. Our cancellation policy varies depending on the timing of your cancellation notice in advance of the reservation date.

For all sites:

7 Days: 100% refund - $30

LESS THAN 7 days: 100% refund less one (1) night reservation fees

Failure to cancel 7 FULL days prior to your stated arrival results in a charge of a one nights stay. If you cancel at any time after you make your reservation, until 7 FULL days before your arrival date, we charge a $30 cancellation fee.
