Refund Policy

Cancellation fee more than 14 days of the reservation date has a $15.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 14 days of your reservation will not be refunded the 50% deposit. Cancellations within 24 hours or no shows are paid in full without a refund, no exceptions. We do not give refunds for mother nature or for early departure. We also do not give refunds if the river rentals are unavailable at that time. Holiday weekends and Fryeburg Fair stays are paid in full and are NON-REFUNDABLE.
