Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation More than 10 Days in Advance: If you need to cancel your reservation with more than 10 days' notice, you have two options:
- Receive a refund, minus a $35 cancellation fee, refunded to the card you paid with.
- Opt to have the full amount (NO CANCELLATION FEE) converted to camp credit that can be used for up to a year, allowing you to reschedule your stay when it's more convenient for you.
- Cancellation Less than 10 Days in Advance: Unfortunately, if you need to cancel within 10 days of your scheduled arrival date, unfortunately we will not be able to issue a refund, and the entire amount paid will be forfeited.
