Terms of Service

These rules and regulations were established to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and maintenance, and with a “Good Neighbor Policy” in mind.

Your compliance is very much appreciated and will ensure a pleasant stay for all guests.

  • CHECK-IN TIME FOR RV'S IS 1PM AND FOR CABIN'S IS 3PM. 
  • Check-out time is 12:00 PM. Late check-outs will result in an extra fee. 
  • Wristbands/Golf cart tags - Wristbands must be worn by individuals over the age of 4 years old at all times. Golf cart tags must be kept on golf carts at all times. No exceptions. STRICTLY ENFORCED.
  • Visitors - All visitors must check-in at the office and comply with park rules/policies. There is a $10 per person/per day fee for any visitor over the age of 4 years old. No one campsite may have over 8 people.
  • Common courtesy - Common courtesy shall prevail between all persons in the park. Respect the privacy of guests. Profane, abusive, harassing, threatening language or actions directed at park personnel or other guests is unacceptable and could result in eviction.  
  • Noise control – No obnoxiously loud music or partying. Quiet time 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.  
  • Emergency and safety - No illegal drugs. All weapons shall be kept in compliance with state/federal laws. No discharge or use of firearms in the park. No smoking in or around buildings. Speed limit 10 mph. If you observe any activity you believe to be of concern, please contact the office.  
  • Vehicles and site occupancy - No parking on adjacent/vacant sites. No vehicle repairs or maintenance may be done in the park unless approved by management.
  • Sites - Cleanliness of the park is important to everyone. All trash should be bagged and taken to the dumpster. Outdoor items should be neat and orderly. Hazardous materials shall be discarded properly. Please leave park facilities as you would like to find them. If they need attention, notify the office. No one campsite may have over 8 people.
  • Portable grills - Gas/charcoal grills are allowed. Wood fires are also permitted.   
  • Laundry - No clotheslines or hanging laundry outdoors. No washing of pet bedding in laundry facility.
  • Pet rules - We reserve the right to refuse or require removal of any animal at any time. Cats are allowed but may not roam freely in the park. Dogs must be on a leash (6 feet or shorter) and under control of an adult at all times. Excessive barking is not allowed. Pet owners must immediately pick up after their pet and deposit waste in a bag. If sites are left with dog waste, there will be an additional charge. Aggressive animals will not be allowed in the park. Pets may not be left outdoors unsupervised. 
  • Fishing – Refer to weekly handout for fish limits and abide by our limits to keep ponds stocked. We allow absolutely no fishing with cast nets or jug lines. No fishing from clubhouse or within the roped off area due to spawning.
  • Golf Carts – You may bring your own electric golf cart for a fee of $10 per day. No gas carts permitted.  No evening driving without proper headlights. If rental carts, owned by Poche's RV Park, are deemed excessively dirty by staff, a $50 fee will be added to reservation and paid for with the card on file. This may be done without notice.
  • Kayaks and canoes – You may bring your own boat for a fee of $5 per day, per boat whether the boats will be used or not.  Absolutely no inflatables or motor on boats allowed. Lifejackets must be worn at all times. You must be 12 years of age to operate boat.
  • Recreational equipment – No motorized recreational equipment allowed in our park, such as 4-wheelers, go-carts, scooters, mini-bikes, or private watercraft. Equipment must be operated properly. No horseplay, racing, or other misuse allowed.
  • Cabins – No smoking, cleaning fish, frying food, or boiling seafood in cabins. Absolutely no pets are allowed in Cabins 3 &5 (if pet enters cabin or deck, a minimum cleaning fee of $250 will be applied to the card on file). See Pet policy below for Cabins 1, 4, & 6.  Please empty trash into designated dumpster daily and before check-out. All visiting guest must leave by 10 PM. No cabin may have more than the included number of people at that cabin. If cabins are deemed excessively dirty by housekeeping, a cleaning fee of $150 will be added to reservation and will be paid for with the card on file. This may be done without notice. YOU MUST BE 21 YEARS OLD OR OLDER TO RESERVE A CABIN. There must be someone over the age of 21 staying in the cabin throughout the entire stay. You may be denied entry upon arrival and/or any type of refund.

  • Pets in Cabins - Pets are welcome in Cabins 1, 4, and 6.  A non-refundable fee of $35 per day, per pet will apply.  Limit of 2 (two) dog(s) weighing 75 lbs. or less (each) per rental.  Dog should be non-aggressive and leashed at all times in public areas, and not be left alone in the cabin.  Pets must be registered with the front desk at check-in.

  • Damages and personal liability - Any guest or visitor that willfully or negligently damages or destroys park property, landscaping or equipment will be held liable for the value to repair or replace the damaged items property. The responsible party(s) may be evicted for willful damage.   

  • Guest property - Guests use the Resort’s facilities at their own risk. Secure your valuables. Management assumes no liability for loss or damage to guest property and/or injury to person, pet, or party arising due to use of resort facilities or caused by others on the premises.  The campground is not responsible for loss or damage due to fire, accident, theft, weather or catastrophic events.
  • Right to refuse/Evict/Deny access – Poche’s is a privately-owned campground. Management reserves the right to refuse services, evict or deny access to anyone, under any circumstances it deems necessary, in accordance with applicable local, state and federal laws. There will be no refunds.  
  • Policy changes - Since every contingency cannot be covered in a set of rules, from time to time, modification may be necessary. Management reserves the right to make changes deemed necessary to these rules and regulations at any time, without prior notice. 
  • Discounts - Discounts may not be used on holiday weekends, "special" weekends, or any other days that Poche's RV Park chooses. 
  • Trailers - Any extra trailer over 20 ft long must be booked its own site. Any trailer under 21 ft long may be parked in overflow parking, but is not guaranteed the space. All overflow parking is first come, first serve.

POCHE’S SITE SERVICE AGREEMENT

REFUND POLICY

I further understand and agree that Poche’s refund policy varies depending on the timing of the cancellation notice in advance of the reservation date, as follows:

  • If you call and cancel 10 or more days from the arrival date of the reservation, you can get a camp credit for the whole stay (NO CANCELLATION FEE) which is good for a year, OR receive a refund, minus a $35 cancellation fee, refunded to the card you paid with. 
  • If you call and cancel within 10 days of arrival we will not be able to issue a refund.

NOTE: RATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.

POCHE’S will not tolerate any onerous, noxious or offensive activity of any sort that could interrupt and / or adversely affect the enjoyment of other parties utilizing our facilities. In the event of such onerous, noxious or offensive activity, in the judgement of management, the parties responsible for such activities will be required to leave the park immediately, without a refund.

INDEMNITY AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY: Customer shall indemnify and hold Owner harmless from and against any and all claims, demands, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising from any and all damages or injuries caused by fire, water, wind, civil strife, or acts of God, owner and / or customer actions or inactions (or those of their employees, agents, or invitees), or any other related to Customer’s use or occupation of the RV site, regardless of whether such loss was caused by the negligence of any of the Campground parties.

THEFT OF SERVICE LAW

Any guest who leaves without paying for site services or who refuses to pay for site services when due is subject to criminal prosecution. We are providing service hook-ups for your RV. We require full payment before entering the premises and will prosecute any violations under the “THEFT OF SERVICES LAW”.

AFFIRMATION

AS A CUSTOMER OF POCHE’S, I FULLY UNDERSTAND AND ACCEPT THESE RULES AND ANY OTHER ATTACHED PARK RULES.

 I also agree to vacate the premises at the request of management if I violate these rules and regulations, without a refund of any prepaid fees.

This agreement does not constitute a landlord / tenant agreement. Payment for sites is entirely for services rendered UNDER A HOST / GUEST ARRANGEMENT.

By signing/checking the box of the Terms and Conditions per to check-in, you are agreeing to abide by all rules and regulations of this campground.
