Terms of Service

Our rates are based on the first 4 people in your party for cabins and the first 6 people for trailers, any extra adults are $15.00 per adult, per day and extra children are $10.00 per child, per day.

No smoking in any cabin or trailer.  $250.00 fine if we smell smoke.

If we find any damages once you check out, there will be a $250.00 fee applied to the card on file _____________

Only firewood sold by Ponderosa Campground is permitted, no outside firewood, outside wood will be confiscated and disposed of.

All firewood is cash only!

A 2 night minimum stay required for all stays, a 3 night minimum stay required on holiday weekends. (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) for cabins

Trailer rentals are weekly, Saturday to Saturday.

There is a $250.00 security deposit for all trailer rentals that will be returned once you check out and the unit has been inspected.

1 night reservations are booked within 7 days of arrival if there is availability, payment in full is required and no refunds will be given. All 1 night reservations must be made by phone and are subject to an additional $30.00 cleaning fee. 

Check in time is after 2:00pm.

Check out time is by 11:00am

Late checkouts will be charged an additional one nights stay.

Any sites left dirty inside the cabin or outside on the site will be charged a $75.00 cleaning fee.      ___________

You will be responsible for any damages to the site or cabin and will be charged accordingly.  

No children are allowed at farm without a parent.    ___________

Only 1 car is included with the cost of your stay. Additional vehicles will be charged a fee of $10.00 per vehicle per day including boat/jet ski trailers, motorcycles, etc. 

All cancellations are subject to the following cancellation charges and policy: 

Cancellations within 14 days of arrival for cabins will be charged 20% of the deposit left for your reservation plus a $20.00 credit card processing fee. NO REFUNDS for any cancellations made 7 days prior to arrival.

Cancellations within 30 days of arrival for trailers will be charged 20% of the deposit left for your reservation plus a $20.00 credit card processing fee. NO REFUNDS for any cancellations made 2 weeks prior to arrival.

All cancellations are responsible for the credit card processing fees of an additional $20.00. No refunds will be given for no shows.

Pet Policy: Ponderosa Campground welcomes well socialized, friendly, calm, leashed pets. All cabins are pet friendly and a $15.00 fee per pet, per stay is required. Please let us know how many pets you are bringing at the time of placing your reservation. The owner of all pets must be present and with the pet at all times. At the time of check in you must present updated vaccination papers. Pets must be on a leash at all times, and you must clean up after your pet. Only adults may walk pets while on the property, never children. No pets are permitted inside the pool area. If your pet is unruly or disturbing other guests you and your pet will be asked to leave the property with no refund. Please bring a cage or fence area to leave your pet in when inside the cabin alone. 

Police Policy: If the police are called to your cabin for any reason other than a medical emergency, you will be escorted off of the property without a refund. 

We reserve the right to move your chosen cabin location to fill our campground to full occupancy unless you lock it in.

You must be 25 years or older to book a reservation and stay on the property. Your valid state issued photo ID that matches the credit card used to book the reservation is required at check in where a photocopy will be taken and filed for a period of 1 year. NO EXCEPTIONS!


 I am aware that COVID-19 and other viruses and illnesses are contagious.  I am aware that people with COVID-19 and other viruses and illnesses can be non-systematic, meaning that people may be sick and contagious without symptoms.  I am aware that if I stay in this campground, I am doing it at my own risk and could be exposing myself and my occupants to COVID-19 and other viruses and illnesses.  I am responsible for myself and my guests.  If anyone in my camping unit gets sick, we will inform management who will inform the local Health Department and we will follow their advice on how to proceed.  I am aware that I may be required to leave the campground if anyone in my camping unit displays illness.  I will indemnify the campground from any claims no matter the source, due exposure to COVID-19 and other viruses and illnesses on behalf of myself and the occupants of my camping unit.  I will pay any legal fees, damages and costs related to claims either brought by the occupants of my camping unit or brought by other campers in the event someone gets sick in my camping unit or from me and my occupants.   I agree that I and the people occupying my camping unit will wear masks at all times as long as this mandate is in place by the Governor and/or other health authorities when outside and keep at least 6 feet away from other campers as long as the State of NJ and CDC require this.  I am aware that if I or any of the people in my camping unit violate this and do not wear a mask outside or get within 6 feet of other campers, we will be required to leave immediately with no refund given.
