Refund Policy

Cancellation policy:

  • One-night deposit is required for all reservations. Balance is due two weeks prior to your scheduled arrival time or you will forfeit your reservations. If you are booking less than 2-weeks out we require payment in full for reservations.
  • Reservations may be cancelled up to 14 days prior to scheduled arrival (less $15 fee).
  • 13 days to 4 days prior to scheduled arrival 100% of deposit will be charged or camp credit is offered.

    4 days to arrival one night deposit will be charged and the balance of the reservation may be placed on a camp credit.

    Full fee will be charged in the event of a “no-show” or if a guest gives less than 2 days notice prior to arrival time.

  • Deposits made for holiday reservations will not be refunded.
  • If you need to cancel your reservation, please call the park office during business hours. Email cancellations are not accepted. No refunds for early checkouts.
