Terms of Service

Thank you for choosing Road Runner RV Resort for your upcoming stay in Red River, NM. Please make sure that your dates and number of nights are correct.  All days reserved are to be paid in full upon arrival.  If more than 4 adults are in your RV, there will be an additional charge of $5.00 per person over the age of 5. Just as a reminder; if you booked a site in the 200's, please remember that the 200 area is for adults only and there is no wood burning allowed in this area.

During our open season of May 1st- October 15th, office hours are 8:00 am to 8:00 pm daily. Please make sure to arrive during those hours. Check-in time is 12:00 pm-8 pm. NO CHECK-INS LATER THAN 8 PM. Check-out time is 11:00 am. We allow each site to have 2 units. An example would be a travel trailer and tow vehicle or a motorhome with a vehicle towed behind it. Any additional vehicles or trailers for ATV’s or OHV’s will have an additional $5.00 fee per vehicle per day. No tent camping allowed! We offer complimentary tennis rackets, tennis balls and basketballs for your use.

If you wish to stay another day, please renew before 10:00 am. Checking out after 11:00 am will result in an additional night charge.

2024-2025 seasons will require a 50% deposit.  Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to your reservation will be refunded minus a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations made 14-29 days prior to your reservation will result in a 2 night charge based on the site type you have reserved.  Cancellations 13 days or less prior to your reservation will forfeit the 50% deposit.  2024-2025 monthly reservations will require a $1000 deposit on each 30 day stay.  Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to a month stay will receive a $500 refund and forfeit $500.  If you cancel less than 30 days prior to your monthly reservation, you will forfeit the full $1000 deposit.  (Cabins) Black Bear Bungalow, Riverside Cabin, Waters Edge Cabin, and the Road Runner Retreat will be charged $100 for cancellations made 30 days or more prior to your reservation.  Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to your reservation will forfeit the full deposit.   NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES OR LATE ARRIVALS.

All holiday/special event reservations have a 3 night minimum and deposits are non-refundable. All holiday/special event reservations must be paid in full thirty (30) days prior to the date of arrival. Holidays/special events include Memorial Day Weekend, July 4th,  BBQ & Music Festival, Labor Day Weekend,  and Oktoberfest Weekend. NO VISITORS ON HOLIDAY/SPECIAL EVENT WEEKENDS. 

Online reservations require a 2 night minimum. If you would like to book a one night stay please call our office and we can make that reservation for you.

Please pull up to the gate to check in. Please make sure your reservation is paid in full upon your arrival to expedite the check-in process.
