Refund Policy

If a camper wishes to cancel a campsite or golf cart reservation, notice must be received at least 15 days prior to arrival for a full refund minus a $30 administrative fee or a full refund in the form of a camp credit.  All cancellations between 14 days and the day prior to arrival (by end of business day) will be given a full refund in the form of a camp credit.  Cancellations the day of receive no refunds.  Camp credits are to be used for a future stay in the current calendar year.

Guests failing to contact us to cancel their reservation will be considered a No Show.

NO SHOW POLICY: All guaranteed reservations will be held until 9:00am on the morning following your scheduled arrival. After 9:00am, your reservation will no longer be guaranteed and your site/rental unit will be cancelled and no refunds will be given.
