Terms of Service

FIRERINGS: Fire Rings are not to be moved on the site. By moving the fire ring you agree to pay a $250 site restoration fee to repair the damage to the site.

I agree, and shall cause my children, invitees and guests, to abide by the Park Rules, including those rules and policies published at www.rusticacrescg.com, posted on our map, posted at the premises or otherwise communicated in any manner by Rustic Acres management. 

I further understand and agree that Rustic Acres does not give credit or refunds due to the discomforts that nature may cause, early departures, illness, work schedule changes or evictions. 

For Cabin Rentals: Holidays require a 3 night minimum stay and all other reservations require a 2 night minimum stay and must be paid in advance with reservation. A 15 day notice is needed to receive a refund.

For Campsites: Holidays require a 3 night minimum stay, and must be paid in advance with reservation. A 15 day notice is needed to receive a refund

No-Show Policy: All guaranteed reservations will be held until 9:00am on the morning following your scheduled arrival. After 9:00am, your reservation will no longer be guaranteed and your site/rental unit will cancelled and no refunds will be given.

Rental Golf Carts: It is recommended to reserve a golf cart at the time of your booking.  Friday & Saturday rentals require a 2-day minimum & holiday weekends require a 3-day minimum. Golf cart rentals are from 11 am to 11 am the following day. You must be 21 years of age with a valid driver's license and present copies of valid driver’s license of all drivers to rent and drive any cart. A credit card must be on file for rentals. 

Personal Golf Carts: You may bring your own personal carts to use at the campground for a $5.00 per day.  We require all visitors who bring their own carts to sign and agree to our golf cart policies to receive a golf cart pass. You must be 21 years of age with a valid driver's license to drive a cart on property.

Please present the following at check in:

-golf cart proof of Insurance

-copies of valid driver’s license of all drivers

As a participant in a recreation activity, I am responsible for acting within the limits of my ability and heeding all warnings regarding participation in the activity. I will maintain control of myself and any equipment while participating in the activity and will refrain from acting in any manner that may cause or contribute to injury to myself or to others.

I HEREBY RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE Double DKP Corp, d/b/a Rustic Acres Campground, its owners and agents (collectively, Rustic Acres Management), from any and all liability to me, my children, my invitees/guests, personal representatives, and heirs for any loss or damage on account of injury to person (including death) or loss or damage to property relating to, or arising out of, use and occupancy of the Rustic Acres property, facilities, golf carts, amenities, swimming pool, jumping pillow/ jump pad, participating in activities, and (collectively, the Premises).

The Premises are privately owned and THE RUSTIC ACRES MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE to anyone for any reason except for those prohibited by law. Rustic Acres Management reserves the right to ask any person or party it deems necessary, to leave the campground based on violations of Park Rules or behavior management deems inappropriate or disturbing to others. I have read this notice and agree to it as well as all Rustic Acres Rules and regulations. In addition, I understand that I am responsible for the actions of all persons registered in my party, including any children, and any guests that visit during my stay. On behalf of each person in my party, I grant Rustic Acres and its affiliated entities and promotional partners the right to include any photographic, video and other visual portrayals of each person in my party in any medium and for any purpose. 

All visitors must register at the office and pay the visitor's fee. Visitors are not allowed to bring pets and must leave the park by 10pm. NO New visitors are permitted after 8pm.

When making payment in full via credit card you authorize Rustic Acres Jellystone Park to charge your card on file for any outstanding debt and/or fees.

Jump Zone and Laser Tag Waiver
I,  the parent/legal gaurdian (court appointed) or custodian of the participant(s), agree that the participant(s) and/or I shall read and comply with the terms, rules and conditions for participation on Rustic Acres's Jumbo Jumper Air Pillow. We will not hold Rustic Acres liable for any claims, injuries, or damages arising out of or related to participation in any and all activities. The activities available are dangerous and I assume all risks whether known or unknown, of injury, including death, illness or damage to property. Rustic Acres is not responsible for whom participants will be sharing equipment with.  I AM FULLY AWARE OF THE CONTENTS OF THIS AGREEMENT AND RELEASE, AND HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND ALL OF THE TERMS. THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT BIND ME, MY FAMILY (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, SPOUSES AND DOMESTIC PARTNERS), HEIRS, EXECUTORS, ADMINISTRATORS, DEPENDENTS, BENFICIARIES, SUCCESSORS, FRIENDS, VISITORS AND ASSIGNS.

In consideration of this agreement, Rustic Acres will permit Users to participate in Campground activities, subject to User's compliance with all Rules, Regulations and Safety Policy, Campground retains the right to deny entrance to its facilities or participations in its activities, to anyone in its sole discretion. Users understand and agree Rustic Acres has the right to ask and/or make users leave at any time for any reason with no refund,

While site type is guaranteed, site location is not unless you have paid the site locking fee. Please call if you have any questions regarding the site locking fee. Note, we do not give refunds or credit due to the discomforts of nature. The fun continues rain or shine. Monthly Rate does NOT include electric. By checking in you authorize and agree for us to charge any outstanding electric, bills or camping fees to your card at the time of your departure.  

Electronic Signatures: You agree that your electronic signature, whether digital or encrypted, is intended to authenticate the Terms and Conditions contained herein and to have the same force and effect as manual signatures. Delivery of a copy of this Agreement or any other document contemplated hereby bearing an original or electronic signature by email transmission in “portable document format” (“.pdf”) form, or by any other electronic means intended to preserve the original graphic and pictorial appearance of a document, will have the same effect as physical delivery of the paper document bearing an original or electronic signature.
