Cancellation Policy

All reservations are paid in full at the time the reservations are booked and are refundable with minimum ten (10) days notice less a $13.00 processing fee, and the $10 lock site fee (if applicable). 

Cancellations made after the 10th day of scheduled check-in will forfeit the cost of one night's stay in addtion to the $10.00 lock site fee (if applicable) and a nonrefundable $3.00 booking fee.
