Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your reservation prior to ONE WEEK of your arrival date without incurring additional charges, however, the ONE-NIGHT, NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT will still apply and not be refunded. The deposit becomes your cancellation fee. If you call more than one-week prior to your original reservation, you may re-schedule for another date, subject to availability and as long as the new reservation is within the current calendar year. NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of the total booking/reservation fee. If you cancel your reservation with-in the week period, you are responsible for the entire reservation fee and no credit will be due. All IN-park credits will expire Dec. 31st of the calendar year.
