Refund Policy
- PLEASE NOTE: We have a non-refundable policy for festival and holiday weekends, including the eclipse
- Refunds will be given the way payment is recieved. The exception is that a check will be issued for any refund where cash was used for payment in excess of $100.
- Refunds to cards take time to process, please allow up to 7 business days. This is our credit card processor’s policy and we have no power to change that.
- NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN IF YOU ARE ASKED TO LEAVE THE CAMPGROUND FOR ANY REASON!
