Refund Policy:

Cancellation & Refund Policy 

• In the case of multiple sites booked, cancellation penalties apply to each site that is cancelled or changed.
• No refunds will be issued for early check-out.
• RV Campsites, Tent Sites and Cabin bookings are subject to a 2 week notice period. A full refund will be issued if a request is made 2 weeks prior to check in. If a request for a refund falls within the 2 week check in period prior to the date of arrival a refund will NOT be issued. A credit towards a future stay based on availibilty will be issued. 
• Refunds will not be issued for weather related reasons
• A $25.00 cancellation fee applies to all bookings cancelled before the 14 check in period. Any reservations cancelled within the 14 day period will not be assesed a cancellation fee but will be issued a camp credit in full
• All credits issued must be used within the following year - for example any camp credits issued in 2024 must be used before October 15th 2025
